How To Tie A Kelvin Knot
The Kelvin Knot is named after Lord Kelvin, a mathematical physicist of the 19th century. It produces a neat and tidy knot that’s similar to the Four In Hand Knot. Essentially, it just takes one extra turn than the Four In Hand to make it more symmetrical and versatile. Perfect for your work week ensembles and formal styles alike, the Kelvin Knot is as malleable as they come. We recommend wearing it for a quick and tidy look when you’re running short for time. It works brilliantly with thicker fabrics to produce a more robust style.
